Owen Farrell is set to leave Saracens and the English Premiership in a shock deal being reported this afternoon by French publication, Midi Olympique.
The 32-year-old playmaker recently stepped away from international duty but has continued to play with Saracens – but not for much longer according to these reports.
Farrell has reportedly signed a two-year deal with Racing 92, in a move that would see him link up with the likes of fellow England international Henry Arundell, as well as Springboks captain, Siya Kolisi.
The move will also see him link up with his former England boss Stuart Lancaster, who took over as Racing’s head coach in the summer after leaving his role with Leinster.
Racing has previously been home to some of the very best 10s the game has had to offer, including Johnny Sexton, Dan Carter, and Finn Russell.
