Final four.
Munster Rugby booked their spot in the semi-finals of the URC with victory over Ospreys on Friday with a visit on Glasgow Warriors now awaiting them in the semi-finals.
Glasgow overcame the Stormers in their quarter-final and will arrive in Limerick confident they can cause an upset against the defending champions.
But Munster have been handed a huge fitness boost with star centre Alex Nankivell progressing well and likely to feature in the crucial encounter, with a home final in Thomond Park beckoning.
Nankivell has been Munster’s best player this season but suffered an ankle injury in the win over Connacht that has kept him out of the last two games.
In other news, Munster will be without Joey Carbery who has played his final game for the province after he suffered a thumb injury. Tom Ahern will also remain sidelined as he sees a specialist with a view to surgery on his ankle.
