Investing in youth.
It hasn’t been a bad year for Leinster Rugby. The Irish province were crowned European Cup champions a couple of weeks ago and are on course to complete a famous double with a PRO14 final clash to look forward to this weekend.
The eastern province have come through their transitionary period, and after losing two semi-finals last season, have certainly taken that next step and reclaimed their title as one of the best side’s in Europe.
The best part about the current Leinster squad is the fact that it is very much a young side that will only get better. They’ve invested their time in youth and it’s paid off. And in continuing that trend they’re close to bringing in another exciting young back-three talent in Wasps academy starlet Aaron O’Sullivan ahead of next season.
Rúaidhrí O’Connor of the Irish Independent is reporting a deal is almost over the line for the youngster who made his Premiership debut back in December. O’Sullivan is an Ireland underage international, and said to be highly-rated. No doubt he’ll fit in perfect at Leinster.
