Sticking around.
England international Danny Cipriani, who has been without a club since leaving Gloucester by mutual consent last December, is in advanced talks to stay in the Premiership.
The 33-year-old had been linked with a move abroad but now looks set to turn down the riches of Japan and France and sign a one-year-deal with Bath, according to a report by the Rugby Paper.
Cipriani’s departure from Gloucester came as a huge surprise with the talented playmaker playing some of the best rugby of his career at the Cherry and Whites in recent seasons.
He has largely been overlooked by England boss Eddie Jones but it looks like he will be staying in contention for a potential call-up with Bath searching for a replacement for the outgoing Rhys Priestland.
