Leinster could be without Ireland Rob Kearney when they open their Champions Cup campaign against Wasps this weekend.
The full-back suffered a hamstring injury during Friday night’s Pro12 victory over the Scarlets and is a ‘major doubt’ for the Wasps clash, while his replacement that evening, Ben Te’o, also left with a muscle strain.
Te’o’s withdrawal was described as ‘precautionary’, while Luke Fitzgerald should recover from his shoulder injury and Sean Cronin has been given the all-clear following a calf problem.
