Wow.
Ireland’s preparations for the 2023 Rugby World Cup are starting to seriously ramp up now with their opening game in France just a matter of weeks away.
Andy Farrell’s side have secured back-to-back victories in their two warm-up games so far, including an impressive 29-10 win over England last weekend, with one more game against Samoa to come.
The players have been in camp for a number of weeks so far, including a warm weather week in Portugal after the Italy game, and it looks like the lads are in serious shape – especially a certain Bundee Aki.
Aki transformed his physique during the pandemic and continues to get in bigger and better shape. He was spotted doing some monstrous squatting on the Lions tour, and a pic posted by Irish Rugby shows he certainly hasn’t missed an arms day either…
