His brother Julian may be nicknamed the bus, but Ardie Savea is a bit of a machine himself. The All Blacks back-row is one of the most explosive loose forwards in the game today, and proved that once again with a smashing hit this past weekend.
The Hurricanes may have been knocked out by their South African counterparts, but Savea left playmaker Elton Jantjies with a timely reminder of what happens when you take your eye off the ball when he’s around.
It was a bit of a hospital pass from Faf de Klerk to be fair, but Savea made the most of it.
