Sale Sharks and England winger Denny Solomona has been applauded after he offered up his home to people fleeing the Manchester Arena attack.
The rugby league convert who was recently called up to Eddie Jones’ England squad for their tour of Argentina, but likely to miss out after picking up a foot injury, is one of many people to have offered up their homes after the hashtag #RoomForManchester began to trend on Twitter as fans, many of them children, fled the area.
Many hotels also said they would provide free hotel rooms – including to children separated from their parents.
