Joe Schmidt has named his Ireland team for this weekend’s clash with New Zealand at the Aviva.
Ireland will be looking to create even more history this weekend as they take on Steve Hansen’s All Blacks in a return tie, following their famous win in Chicago. Ireland bagged five tries last time round at Soldier Field, in a memorable 40-29 win.
Steve Hansen named his side earlier and welcomes back world-class lock-pairing Sam Whitelock and Brodie Retallick in a new-look All Blacks team that will no doubt be a tougher outfit to defeat this time round.
Schmidt has made just one change to the side that started against the All Blacks last time round with Sean O’Brien starting at seven in place of the injured Jordi Murphy.
