On Monday the great Jonah Lomu was remembered in a memorial service in Eden Park in Auckland, nearly two weeks after his untimely death at the age of 40.
Many of his former team-mates performed an emotional haka in his honour, while his friend and former team-mate Eric Rush delivered a warm and funny eulogy full of lovely stories about a rugby great.
Tributes flowed from all over the world following his death and in Ireland, Mr. O’Sullivan’s 5th & 6th class in Kilberry National School in Athy in Kildare decided to perform their own haka in his honour.
