Liam Williams could be on his way to the Premiership.
The Scarlets fullback is out of contract at the end of the season with a number of the Welsh regions said to be monitoring the situation. It has now emerged that reigning Premiership and Champions Cups champions, Saracens are now leading the way for his signature.
A whole host of Premiership clubs are said to have joined the race along with the Welsh suitors, with Saracens reported to be lining up a whopping £300,000 a year offer to secure the services of the Welsh flier.
Scarlets are said to be in talks with the Welsh Rugby Union in a bid to to work together and offer Williams a dual contract and retain him in Wales.
