For those of you not familiar with the term, it’s where your girlfriend forces you to spend most of your day taking a billion photos of her, until she has one worthy of posting to her beloved Instagram.

But it turns out lads do it too. Well Conor Murray does anyway. Except he doesn’t use his girlfriend. He uses Peter O’Mahony.

To be fair, it’s clearly a brand ambassador video for adidas, but that hasn’t stopped Simon Zebo from taking the absolute piss out of the two of them. Maybe he’s just jealous? 😂
