Super Rugby is back with a serious bang.
There were two games this morning as the Blues edged last season’s champions, the Highlanders 33-31 and the Brumbies trounced last season’s finalists the Hurricanes 52-10-. The Brumbies and Hurricanes game featured the most tries ever scored in a season opener in Super Rugby.
In the very first game of the season however, we may already have a contender for try of the season. Ben Smith finished off a break in the corner that started inside the Highlanders 22. Take a look for yourself below.
