Invader.
Fans in the stadium and viewers at home were left absolutely stunned yesterday following a pitch invasion late on in Wales’ clash with the Springboks last night.
With the home side level with the world champions heading into the last quarter at the Principality, Johnny McNicholl suddenly found himself in a promising position with Liam Williams on an overlap outside him.
The fullback got the pass off before an absolute idiot found himself onto the pitch, scuppering any chance of Williams scoring in a simple staggering scene of events.
Springbok fans will say the cover would have made it and the pass was far from perfect but that doesn’t take away from the fact that the invasion was nothing short of despicable, ruining what was a Test match of the highest level.
Absolute madness. Probably the most unpopular man in Wales right now#WALvRSA pic.twitter.com/zfLXuV3tZa

Stewards rushed onto the pitch to get him off but the damage was already done.
A video then surfaced shortly afterwards of fans in the stadium letting the invader know exactly how they feel, with the same stewards, unfortunately, finding themselves in the firing line as they tried to remove the absolute idiot.
Absolutely crazy. The whole thing is just baffling.
