Head coach Warren Gatland and his coaching team threw out a few surprises this morning when naming their 37-man Lions squad to travel to South Africa.

Big names like Jonathan Davies, Kyle Sinckler, James Ryan and Johnny Sexton all miss out with a number of ‘bolters’ getting the nod instead.

Once such ‘bolter’ is Scotland centre Chris Harris, who wasn’t in too many predicted selections before this morning’s big reveal.

Harris’ reaction to being named was filmed by his club Gloucester this morning and it’s an absolute joy to watch. You can see just how much it means to him and how proud his teammates are of him.
