“There’s nooo stopping that goy.”

Garry Ringrose made his return for Ireland against Scotland a couple of weeks ago, and it was as if he’d never been away in the first place.

After battling back from two successive serious injuries to his shoulder and ankle respectively, Ringrose had only one club game under his belt before he drafted in to wear a green jersey once more.

And what a game he had against Scotland. The centre was arguably Ireland’s best player in that bonus-point win, and he then followed that up with another magnificent display yesterday against England.

One thing many have noticed about him since he came back though, is his increased size. The youngster has used his time out injured to bulk up, and it’s brought his game on massively (no pun intended).

It’s been highlighted both during the game broadcasts and by many of us in the media. Ringrose has even discussed it himself.

But now as lads do, he’s had the absolute piss ripped out of him from teammates Conor Murray and Jordi Murphy over the hype surrounding him….
