Shocking.
The All Blacks turned it on in the second-half against France this morning running in sevens second-half tries to defeat Les Blues 52-11 at Eden Park in the opening Test.
France started well and were well in the game at half-time, scoring an early intercept try through Remy Grosso to stun the All Blacks. With 50 minutes on the clock the game was tied 11-11.
But the game was controversially spoiled soon after when France lock Paul Gabrillagues saw yellow for an alleged high tackle on Ryan Crotty. The tackle was slightly high but now way was it high.
Thumping win for the All Blacks.
Yellow card was wrong and game changing.
But not result changing.
Stunning from the ABs in the second half.
Bench full of proper finishers.

Sure the card probably didn’t affect the result, but the scoreline flattered New Zealand because of the yellow. A shame because France gave it a hell of a go until it happened. But take nothing away from the All Blacks – they were ruthless and scored some scintillating tries.
