Ronan O’Mahony and James Cronin both touched down twice as Munster strengthened their grip on a top-four spot in the Guinness PRO12 with a convincing 50-14 victory at bottom club Zebre on Saturday.
Ospreys’ shock loss to Treviso now means the southern province are in pole position for a home semi along with table toppers Leinster, potentially setting up and all-Ireland PRO12 final in Dublin.
Ronan O’Mahony scored in either half, with Niall Scannell, Tommy O’Donnell and Rory Scannell also on the scoresheet. Loosehead prop James Cronin came off the bench to grab the other two.
The game wasn’t televised on Saturday, but never fear, we’ve got all the highlights below.
