Bryan Habana still has some serious pace.
The South African winger hasn’t had the best of seasons, nor have his side Toulon, but have enjoyed a bit of a resurgence in recent weeks under Richard Cockerill. After their win over Toulouse last week, The French giants backed it up with a controlled performance against Castres with Josua Tuisova and Habana both grabbing tries in the first-half.
Castres fought back with two tries in the second-half but it wasn’t enough to get them back into the game as it finished 23-14 thanks to a few penalties from Leigh Halfpenny.
As for the Habana try, the South African rolled back the years with a blistering 90m run after the ball came lose in a tackle. He’s still got it.
