Wallaby star Kurtley Beale is set to leave Wasps in the summer after just one year at the club.
The utility back has been hugely impressive for the Coventry-based outfit this season, but has been lured back to Australia by Wallaby coach Michael Cheika ahead of the 2019 Rugby World Cup.
Beale is on a massive wage of £800k+ a year with Wasps, with his exit freeing up some serious funds and a marquee signing spot. All Blacks star Malakai Fekitoa meanwhile is looking to secure his financial future and is out of contract at the end of the season.
He has been linked with a number of Premiership and Top 14 clubs, but The Rugby Paper are reporting that Wasps have now emerged as serious contenders.
Fekitoa is yet to sit down with his club the Highlanders, with many believing that he is seriously weighing up a move to Europe.
