Check out this footage LADS and see exactly what kind of preparation and training the Munster LADS do behind the scenes…
Munster have made a pretty rocky start to the Guinness PRO12 season with two wins and two defeats on the board so far but the worrying thing is that those two defeats have come at the once ‘fortress‘ that is Thomond Park.
The MunsterLADS are back in action this weekend when they take on Leinster at the Aviva Stadium so things won’t get any easier for Anthony Foley and the new coaching staff, although Leinster haven’t been too impressive themselves this season.
One thing for sure about Munster is they can’t be accused of lacking effort. We see the players stick there bodies on the line during games and now these two videos give us an insight into what they’re doing off the pitch.
First up is Tommy O’Donnell taking us through a pretty grueling weights session:
The second video features Munster captain Peter O’Mahony working on his jumping, the height he clears from a standing position is pretty impressive LADS!
