Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past week you probaly heard that Benji Marshall has officially switched codes. The Rugby League phenomenon has signed on the dotted line with the NZRU and the Auckland Blues in a 2-year deal. The question is, have you seen this man in action? Many people are speculating what position Benji will end up playing for his new side and has he perhaps left it too late to make the big switch to union? Will he be as successful as previous cross-code switchers like Jason Robinson and more recently Sonny Bill Williams (who might be on his way back to union himself) or is it too little to late for Benji Marshall? All we know is this man had bags of talent and is can be simply mesmerizing at times- well at least in League.
