Team of the Autumn
The Autumn Nations Series has officially come to a close with some incredible rugby played throughout the month of November.
The big winners from the series are without doubt South Africa and England, who went unbeaten, with big victories over Ireland and New Zealand, respectively.
Ireland will be disappointed with their November series overall, having also lost to the All Blacks, on top of last weekend’s defeat to the Springboks.
This is reflected in Opta’s ‘Team of the Autumn‘ with just one Irish player making the cut – Leinster’s Ryan Baird.
