“One side to the other.”
Exeter Chiefs’ form most certainly has not been affected by the break with the Premiership leaders on their way to an impressive win against Leicester Tigers in Sandy Park this afternoon.
Tries from Ewers, Hogg, Cowan-Dickie and a penalty try awarded by the referee has them leading 26-13 at the time of writing with maximum points pretty much in the bag as the clock moves into the final ten minutes.
The pick of the tries came off a lovely set-piece move just before half-time with the Chiefs running a move straight off the training ground from the back of their own scrum.
Ollie Devoto ran hard at the Tigers defence, creating some space out wide as the league leaders went from one side to the other before Hogg finished beautifully in the corner. Check it out below for yourself.
