Earlier this year it was announced that streaming giant Netflix would be behind the scenes of this year’s 2023 Six Nations championship for a show to be released in 2024.
The streaming service confirmed that cameras would follow all six sides, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Italy and France in a special behind-the-scenes expose on the nations.
In an official statement, they said:
“Six Nations and Producers of Formula 1: Drive to Survive are planning to get fans closer than ever to this year’s Guinness Six Nations Championship.
“The series will take us inside the exhilarating world of the oldest and greatest annual international rugby tournament, giving fans an insight into pulsating behind-the-scenes moments, as the best teams in Europe battle it out in some of the biggest matches in the rugby calendar to take home the prestigious trophy.
“As the pressure and intensity builds, who will claim one of the sport’s biggest prizes?”
And now Six Nations have finally revealed the title of the show as well as an official release date.
Six Nations: Full Contact will hit Netlfix on January 24th, 2024.
