Lions XV
You’re going to be seeing plenty of British and Irish Lions XVs over the coming weeks and months as we get set for Australia 2025.
The famous touring side will be in action this summer for a three-Test series against Joe Schmidt’s Wallabies and time is running out for players to impress Lions boss Andy Farrell who is set to name his squad in a couple of months.
The Six Nations is generally the biggest shop window for players to impress, and two-time Lions captain Sam Warburton has had a go at picking his XV based solely on performances in the opening round.
Seven Irish players, Four Scots, three English, and one Welsh up make Warburton’s selection.
