This is not for the faint of heart.
Wales second-row Jake Ball and Scarlets outside-half Steve Shingler were last week involved in sickening training ground collision that left the duo with some nasty injuries.
Ball tweeted a photo which showed the damage he suffered to his left cheek but it appears Shingler came off worst as a result of the collision with a horrific cut on his lip.
Ball’s tweet read: ‘Bit of a head clash between me and @sshingler10 last week. Cheers to #morristonhospital for stitching us up!’ [WalesOnline]
