Farewell.
Ronan O’Gara has coached his last game with French giants Racing 92, with the former Munster and Ireland playmaker set to jet out to New Zealand next month with his family to take up a new role.
O’Gara has secured a job as assistant to Crusaders head coach Scott Robertson, and will link up with the Super Rugby champions next month as pre-season preparations get underway for the 2018 season.
The Corkman spent almost four years with the French side and clearly left a lasting impression. As an appreciation of his work at the Parisian club, Racing 92 wore a shamrock on their shorts during their Top 14 game last Friday night.
Very classy indeed.
