Cian had to get dumbbells specially made at Leinster and is known for his amazing feat of strength in the gym but here is some more evidence.
The Ireland star returned from neck surgery as a substitute in the victory over Canada and started the 44-10 win over Romania on Saturday.
Using a trap bar, the tighthead prop deadlifted 200kg in weights during a gym session at the Surrey Sports Park today and when you factor in the 20kg weight in the bar, that’s 220kg.
