Munster set to lose key player as Top 14 comes knocking

Knock knock.

Munster Rugby have gotten off to an excellent start this season under new coach Clayton McMillan.

The southern province are five from five in the URC this season, and even scored another famous international win, defeating an Argentina XV in Thomond Park earlier this month.

But it looks like they’re soon about to lose one of their key players, with multiple reports stating that Springbok Jean Kleyn is set to depart at the end of the season.

The towering lock is at the centre of a tug of war between Top 14 giants Toulouse and Bordeaux-Bègles.

Kleyn won five caps for Ireland before switching his international allegiances to his country of birth, and has played over 150 games for Munster.
