Munster are set to complete the signing of Grenoble centre Chris Farrell.
We reported earlier in the week that Munster have reportedly agreed a deal to bring him along with Connacht lock Ultan Dillane to the province next season and the42 are now reporting, that Chris Farrell to Munster is a done deal.
The former Ulster academy recruit played three times for the northern province at senior level but his opportunities were limited by a spate of cruel injuries.
Farrell has made 51 appearances in the Top 14 over the past three seasons, nailing down the 13 shirt for Bernard Jackman’s Grenoble.
Former All Black centre Francis Saili’s contract is set to expire at the end of the season and Farrell would be a perfect fit to replace the Kiwi centre should Munster not offer him a new deal.
