The return.
Munster Rugby are reportedly in advanced talks to sign one of their former players ahead of next season, according to the Rugby Paper.
Matt Gallagher, who spent two seasons at the province after signing from Premiership giants Saracens, departed the province back in 2022 to return to England with Bath.
But the 27-year-old’s contract is up at the end of the season and it looks like he could be heading back to the reigning United Rugby Championship winners.
Ulster are also interested in the utility back according to the report, but it looks like a return to Limerick is on the cards for Gallagher.
