There’s no place for Dan Carter in the Racing 92 line-up this weekend.
Racing host Munster in the opening round of the Champions Cup on Sunday but will do so without the mercurial former All Blacks who has failed to recover from a calf injury that has kept him out of the last three games. Carter hasn’t played since Racing’s away defeat to Castres on 24 September.
In total Racing have made four changes to their starting line-up ahead of the clash. Joe Rokocoko and Juan Imhoff will start on the wings for Racing 92 for the visit of Munster.
One of the two changes in the Racing backline is at centre, where former Munster man Casey Laulala is replaced by Henry Chavancy. The other change is in fact at outhalf, with former Munster target Johannes Goosen coming in for Remi Tales.
The two further changes come in the front row. Camille Chat and Ben Tameifuna start at hooker and tighthead prop respectively in place of Virgile Lacombe and Luc Ducalcon.
