Mike Ross is well able to take a slagging.
Ireland ran out eventual winners yesterday against Scotland but found themselves behind midway through the second-half thanks to a super 55-metre try from fullback Stuart Hogg. The Scot spotted a weakness in the Irish defence in the form of tighthead Mike Ross.
Ross took to Twitter today to brilliantly poke fun at himself after his Irish teammates congratulated him for being “heavily involved in one of the tries of the season.” Luckily for Ross the try was only a consolation in the end!
