Leinster look set to raid provincial rivals Munster next season with the signing of Springboks lock Jason Jenkins, who is out of contract in the summer, The42 reports.
The 6ft 8in, 124kg South African joined the southern province on a one-year deal last summer, but has had his playing time limited by injury, making just one replacement appearance all season.
Leinster are in the market for a powerful tighthead lock with the likes of James Ryan and Ryan Baird set to be away on international duty for large chunks of the season. They also look set to lose the services of young Irish lock, Jack Dunne, who looks set to sign for Exeter.
Devin Toner is also out of contract at the end of the season and it remains to be seen if he will be sticking around or not.
Outgoing Munster head coach Johann van Graan is also said to be interested in taking Jenkins to Bath with him next season, but the lure of Leinster appears to be too great for the one-cap Springbok second-row.
