Ready to rock.
Ireland have issued a squad update ahead of their Guinness Six Nations showdown with old rivals England in Twickenham this weekend.
Andy Farrell has been boosted by news that Garry Ringrose, Hugo Keenan, Iain Henderson, and Oli Jager all trained on Tuesday and are on track to be fit and available for selection.
Ringrose is yet to feature in the Six Nations this year as he recovers from a shoulder injury he sustained while playing for Leinster back in January, while Keenan missed out on the win over Wales with a knee injury.
Henderson missed the Wales game with a dislocated toe, while Jager looks to have shaken off a knee problem having come off the bench in that win.
“We were all on the field today, it was great,” scrum coach John Fogarty said,
“Garry and Hugo, Hendy, all trained today, Oli as well.
“So, yeah, it’s such an important day for us to be on the field. A healthy squad training today is important for selection, and it was great they were all on the field.”
