Here we go.
Head coach Joe Schmidt has named his Ireland team for this weekend’s Rugby World Cup pool opener with Scotland in Japan.
Both Rob Kearney and Keith Earls have failed to fully recover in time for the game with Jordan Larmour set to fill in at fullback and Andrew Conway set to start on the right wing.
Elsewhere Garry Ringrose starts at outside centre in place of the injured Robbie Henshaw with Chris Farrell on the bench. There’s also no sign of Joey Carbery, despite him training all week.
Ireland: Jordan Larmour; Andrew Conway, Garry Ringrose, Bundee Aki, Jacob Stockdale; Jonathan Sexton, Conor Murray; Cian Healy, Rory Best (C), Tadhg Furlong; Iain Henderson, James Ryan; Peter O’Mahony, Josh van der Flier, CJ Stander.
Replacements: Niall Scannell, Dave Kilcoyne, Andrew Porter, Tadhg Beirne, Jack Conan, Luke McGrath, Jack Carty, Chris Farrell.
