Things are getting ugly.
Racing 92 & Stade Francais sat down this morning at LNR headquarters for ‘fusion’ talks in relation to their proposed merger. Talks however broke down, with a second meeting now scheduled for Monday.
The Ligue Nationale de Rugby have postponed both matches between Castres and Stade Français and also Montpellier against Racing 92 ahead of this weekend.
Montpellier have reacted angrily to the news, lodging an appeal.
