Sevens heaven.

Leinster and Scarlets will meet this Saturday at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin for the inaugural PRO14 final. Scarlets made light work of Glasgow on Friday in their semi-final, while Leinster edged past provincial rivals Munster by a single point on Saturday afternoon in the other.

The Scarlets will be hoping for a second consecutive championship, while Leinster are going for a famous double having conquered Europe a couple of weeks back.

This year’s final will also have a huge addition with the Guinness PRO14 Dublin 7s taking place this Friday and Saturday at Old Belvedere Rugby Club.

A two-day festival, Guinness PRO14 Dublin 7s is a high energy, activity filled sporting event like no other. Beginning with mixed corporate tag rugby on Friday evening, the event evolves with several exhilarating competitions on Saturday, with Mixed TAG, women’s rugby and men’s rugby alongside the great spectacle of national and international 7s teams.

With great competition and sportsmanship – spectators and players will enjoy a selection of drinks, delectable delights from the mini food village, rugby themed activities and a music line-up that guarantees to have you dancing until late.

The two-day event culminates on Saturday 26th May with a fancy dress party before the Guinness PRO14 final kicks off at the Aviva Stadium at 6:00pm.

Then it’s back to Old Belvedere RFC where football fans can enjoy the Champions League on the clubhouse screens followed by live music from The Blizzards and Mark McCabe. A fitting end to a memorable weekend of sport, music and entertainment.
