Series over.
French star Remy Grosso will play no further part in his side’s series with New Zealand after the full extent of his injury was revealed following a brutal hit by two All Blacks stars.
Sam Cane and Ofa Tu’ungafasi both caught Grosso with a dangerous tackle to face, the former hitting him with a swinging arm, while the latter collided shoulder first into his face.
The Frenchman was brought straight to hospital with their camp revealed he has a DOUBLE facial fracture, including a fractured sinus as a result of the devastating hit.

A penalty was awarded, however both players somehow escaped sanction. To make matters even worse – neither player has been cited for the offence.
“The injury of Remy Grosso is quite serious,” France coach Jacques Brunel said in a post-match interview.
“I think that the way he was done by the All Blacks pair was illegal.”
Tu’ungafasi attempted to visit Grosso in hospital but he was not well enough to take visitors.
Remy, I hope you're recovering well. It was a physical game and it wasn't my intention to hurt you. I'm also gutted that I didn't get to see u after the game and u weren't well for me to visit u in hospital this morning before we left but I hope to catch up soon brother. pic.twitter.com/De803BCtgw
