Tupou joins former British & Irish Lion Jonny Hill, as well as former England international Nathan Hughes, Fijian pair Lekima Tagitagivalu and Selestino Ravutaumada, and former New Zealand rugby league star Joey Manu.
Racing have also recruited Zebre’s Geronimo Prisciantelli, Leo Carbonneau, Wilfried Hulleu and Thomas Lainault.
