World Rugby have announced the final World Rugby Rankings of the season, with South Africa remaining as the number one-ranked team in the world.
New Zealand sits just behind them in second, with Ireland down in third and France down in fourth.
England are fifth in the table with Australia, Argentina, Scotland, Fiji, and Italy rounding off the top 10, respectively.
Wales finish the season down in 12th, having dropped to a record low of 14th after a run of 18 Test match defeats before their win over Japan last weekend.
