Ah lads.
The football team may have won the hearts of England fans with their World Cup win over Tunisia in Russia last night, but the rugby lads aren’t exactly endearing hearts and minds in South Africa.
Eddie Jones’ men are 0-2 against the Springboks with a dead rubber Test to come on Saturday, and currently on a five-game losing streak (six including their Twickenham loss to the Barbarians.
After the loss in Bloemfontein Ben Youngs upset a lot of people with his “astounding” interview. The scrumhalf walked away from Sky Sports’ Gail Davis after tensely answering one question following the series defeat.
There were also reports of clashes between the players and fans in the stadium, and now a bizarre story from their hotel has surfaced involving a ‘senior’ England player. Apparently he jumped a lengthy reception queue, claiming an emergency…
And what did he need? An extension lead for his Playstation. Stay classy lad.

“Fans were unimpressed when a senior player jumped a lengthy reception queue saying he had an emergency, which turned out to be requesting an extension lead for his PlayStation.”
