Will Greenwood questioned this week as to why Ashton is repeatedly caught in “daft situations”, adding “he’s Mario Balotelli – someone give him a T-shirt, ‘Why Always Me?'”.
Ashton once again found himself in trouble this week after being found guilty of biting an opponent last weekend, resulting in a thirteen week ban to add to his ten week back he received last season for eye-gouging Luke Marshall.
Australia and Toulon winger, Drew Mitchell however has likened Ashton to another football star- Luis Suarez, who has a bit of a history with biting opponents.
