Munster touched down in Cape Town yesterday ahead of a two-week tour that will see them take on PRO14 rivals the Southern Kings and the Cheetahs.
Preparations began today for this weekend’s opening tour game with the Kings, but head coach Johann van Graan has been dealt a double injury blow ahead of the fixture.
Simon Zebo and Darren Sweetnam are carrying knocks and are both unavailable for Saturday’s clash. Zebo is believed to be carrying a hamstring injury which forced him off against Toulon.
As a result van Graan has boosted his touring squad numbers with the addition of Stephen Fitzgerald and academy scrum-half Jack Stafford.
