Absolute warrior.
Most professionals could learn a thing or two from Donncha O’Callaghan. The Munster and Ireland legend is still going at 38 years of age, with an incredible career already under his belt.
He recently signed a new deal with Worcester to stay on this season, and has been rewarded with the captaincy.
Speaking to the club’s official website, O’Callaghan says he is hugely honoured.
I have loved every minute of my time at Sixways and it is a huge honour to lead this side into the new season.
The Premiership is tougher than ever so I am focused on ensuring the lads put in the performances the supporters deserve so we can all pull together and have a successful campaign.
