On the move.
Connacht have officially confirmed that winger Cian Kelleher will return to former club Leinster next season after three years at the Sportsground.
The 24-year-old winger has been a revelation for the western province since leaving the Leinster academy back in 2016. Leinster wanted to keep Kelleher, even offering him a spot in their senior squad. But in a surprising move he opted to sign for Connacht where he’s become a mainstay ever since.
But now it’s been confirmed Kelleher will return to the European champions in the summer, after Connacht confirmed the move with RTÉ Sport this morning.
A huge blow for Connacht.
