Connacht are set to sign Irish loosehead prop Denis Coulson from Grenoble.
The 22-year-old has been with the Top 14 club since 2014, having been convinced to join the French outfit by Bernard Jackman. However, The42 are reporting that Coulson will return home and join Connacht at the end of his current contract.
The former Ireland U20 international has made 29 appearances in the French top flight over the past three seasons.
Coulson secured a rugby scholarship in Carlow IT after leaving school with Jackman offering him an academy contract in France following his performances for the Ireland U20s in the 2014 Six Nations and Junior World Championship.
The talented prop will join current teammate Chris Farrell in Ireland next season, who is set to join up with Munster.
