Mic check.
Irish broadcaster TG4 have been leading the way of late with new and innovative methods to present their PRO14 coverage.
A few weeks back they were praised for their use of a microphone, hooking Munster coach Jerry Flannery up with the latest tech to capture a great little chat between him and Keith Earls.
More recently they gave us an excellent look at what referees say to players ahead of games in the changing room, with a great clip of Nigel Owens giving Connacht some instructions ahead of their PRO14 fixture with the Cheetahs.
And now this weekend it’s Connacht coach Andy Friend’s turn to take the mic, with TG4 getting some excellent audio of him chatting to on loan Munster winger Stephen Fitzgerald ahead of the game.
