Another blow for Welsh Rugby.
Rhys Webb is set to walk away from the Ospreys and the WRU after opting to sign for French giants Toulon according to WalesOnline.
The British & Irish Lions scrumhalf is set to follow in the footsteps of his halfback partner Dan Biggar, and quit Welsh rugby in favour of a big money move outside of the PRO14.
An ‘impeccable source in France’ has confirmed to WalesOnline the switch will happen, with an announcement imminent.
Another massive blow for both the struggling Ospreys and the Wales national team. The likes of George North, Jamie Roberts and Toby Faletau are all already playing their rugby outside of the country.
